It's Tropical Season!

Our tropicals are really showing off right now!  Canna lilies are putting on quite a show with their large leaves and bold flowers.  I love the coloring on this Tropicana canna lily.

The bright, chartreuse leaves on these durantas really stand out.  (On sale for $7.99.)

Have you seen this new Mojito elephant ear?  Isn't it fun? Even the stems are spotted! (and the leaves are huge!)

"This beautiful colocasia speaks for itself. Incredible contrasting blacks and greens adorn its leaves. This camouflage effect is matched with light green stems streaked with dark purple that fade up to pink. What a great attention getter!" (http://www.agristarts.com/htm/ts_pages/colocasia_mojito.htm)

The purple pineapple lilies (Eucomis 'Oakhurst') are blooming... and they're on sale for $4.99!

Need something to brighten up a shady spot? These 'Alpina' Ginger Lilies and 'Triostar' Stromanthe would be perfect!  Both are on sale for $14.99.

When you think tropical, banana trees are at the top of the list.  These 'Cavendish Dwarf' banana's are the perfect height for contianers.  (On sale for $25.00)

Probably the number one tropical everyone knows is, you guessed it, tropical hibiscus! Super showy with their huge, bright blooms, this is definitely a show stopper. (on sale for $9.99)

Be sure to stop by the Garden Center soon to see even more!
